Every When Dogs Fly item is made to order just for you. Here’s what to expect after you place your order.

Processing

Standard orders are typically printed and shipped within 7 days of purchase.

During especially busy periods, production may take a little longer.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom products require a few additional steps before they are ready to print.

We’ll review your submitted photos and create your customized artwork. When a proof is included, it will typically be emailed to you within 3 business days.

Production does not begin until you approve your proof. After approval, production typically takes up to 7 days.

If we need additional information or a different photo before creating your proof, we’ll contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Please review your proof and respond promptly. Delays in receiving requested information or proof approval will delay production and delivery.

Delivery

Once your order ships, delivery within the USA typically takes 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Tracking information may take a short time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard US shipping is $5.95 per order for 1–2 items.

Orders with 3 or more items qualify for free standard US shipping, automatically applied at checkout. No discount code needed.

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is coming soon.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply.

For custom products, this also includes items that are incorrectly produced or materially different from an approved proof or the custom product you ordered.
