Refund policy

We want you to love your order.

Every When Dogs Fly shirt is printed just for you, so we don't accept standard returns. But if something shows up wrong, damaged, or defective, we will make it right. No hoops, no runaround.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call. Item should be unused and as you received it. A photo of the issue helps us sort it quickly.

Sizing and Change of Mind

Because every shirt is made to order we're unable to accept returns for sizing or change of mind. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval contact us at support@whendogsfly.co.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union

If your order is shipping to the EU you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Item must be unused, unworn, with tags and in original packaging.
